Legacy Learning Labs offers a transformative microschool experience for grades 5–8. We believe the middle years should be a time of discovery, not disconnection. If your child feels unseen in traditional classrooms, craves creativity, or needs space to grow beyond test scores, we’ve built this for you.
We serve families seeking personalized, culturally affirming education beyond the limits of conventional schools. Our hybrid model blends small class sizes, project-based learning, and thematic off-site enrichment - because real learning happens in the world, not just at a desk. Every student completes quarterly passion projects that build confidence and purpose explore their identity and interests. Legacy centers personal growth, leadership development, and hands-on exposure.
Here, students don’t just learn - they are heard, inspired, and empowered to lead.
What is a Microschool?
A comprehensive educational experience within a small-scale school setting.
What makes our learning environment different from a traditional learning environment?
Legacy recognizes that a “one size fits all” curriculum cannot suit every student especially in high enrollment K-12 schools. With smaller class sizes, we cater to the individualized needs of each learner. By tailoring instruction to unique experiences and interests we allow students to learn from and collaborate with peers of varying ages and promote cross germination of ideas. This approach encourages mentorship, cooperative learning, and a sense of community.
